*WATER POINT INFORMATION: There will only be one water point on route at 10km for both routes. Please ensure you carry the necessary water and nutrition with you.
OTHER EVENT INFORMATION:
- There will be Seattle Coffee Co., Craft Beer, Monster Munch Food truck and Mont Blois wine for sale.
- Please ensure that you wear your RACE NUMBER ON THE FRONT of your shirt and that it is clearly visible for the time keepers in order for us to process your result correctly.
- Prize giving for the top 3 Male and Female in each race distance will take place at 11:00am
- For the participants that booked Kids Day Care, please drop your kids off at the registration table from 06:30am.
COVID-19 Event Protocols:
- Please wear your mask, sanitise your hands, and maintain social distancing when in public spaces.
- On arrival please complete the Health Questionnaire before proceeding to the registration table.
- You may remove your mask 1 min before the start of your race.

ACCOMMODATION:
Unfortunately there is no accommodation available at the venue. The venue is about 6km from the centre of town. Robertson Tourism is a good source to search for accommodation: https://www.robertsonr62.com/robertson-accommodation-route62/robertson
Event Terms and Conditions
Group Discounts
- Groups of 5+ members will receive a 10% discount on entry fee per person (excluding any event merchandise).
- To qualify for a group entry all 5+ members have to be new/unpaid entries (i.e. if someone of the group has already entered and paid, he/she cannot ask for a 10% refund).
- Once all 5 members have registered contact [email protected] and ask for the special coupon code before submitting payment.
Substitutions
- Substitutions pre-event are allowed until 31 October 2021 via email [email protected] – No substitution fee applies.
- There after substitutions will take place at event registration (12 & 13 November), you will need to provide your substitute with a copy of your entry, copy of your ID and a letter of permission to transfer entry – R50.00 substitution fee applicable.
Injury or illness
- Should you suffer/experience an injury or illness pre-event (after the below mentioned refund dates) NO refunds will be given (doctors letter/certificate not accepted). You are however welcome to get a substitution in your place as mentioned above.
- No entries can or will be carried over to the following year.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- 80% refund if cancellation is received before 31 August 2021
- 50% refund if cancellation is received between 1 - 30 September 2021
- 30% refund if cancellation is received between 1 - 15 October 2021
- 20% refund if cancellation is received between 15 - 31 October 2021
- 0% refunds if cancellation is received after 31 October 2021
- Refunds on entry fees and any event merchandise are subject to a 5% service fee
COVID-19 EVENT ENTRY REFUND POLICY
- Should the event have to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 implications we will refund your entry fee, less 5% service fee incurred on entry facilitation
