WELCOME TO THE GRIND 1706
This event will consist of a short course designed for everyone from beginner to elite athletes. The course will be no less than 5km long
WE ARE OPENING MORE LANES AND MORE OPTIONS TO ALLOW FOR FREE FLOW OF RUNNERS WITH MINIMAL CONGESTION
Classes as follows:
THE RAPID GRIND 5km: 30+ obstacles with easier obstacles but still challenging.
As always the Rapid Grind has been designed with first timers in mind and is a great introduction to Obstacle Course Racing. It will be challenging but achievable and is suitable for all fitness levels. Ideal for groups to get together have fun on the course or solos wanting to test their abilities.
TICKET PRICE – R390.00
THE RAPID GRIND ELITE 5km: A timed competitive batch. 30+ obstacles as above except with modified obstacles. If you have enjoyed our races before and would like an extra challenge than this is the race for you. Prize Money up for grabs. This race will start at 8am.

TICKET PRICE – R500.00
THE RAPID GRIND MASTERS 5km : A timed competitive batch. 30+ obstacles as above except with modified obstacles and for athletes who are over 40 the year of the race. Prizes up for grabs. This race will start at 8.15am.
TICKET PRICE – R400.00
THE RAPID GRIND YOUNG GUNS 5km : A timed competitive batch. 30+ obstacles as above except with modified obstacles and for athletes who are under 18 the year of the race. This race will start at 8.30am.
U13 and U18 divisions Prizes up for grabs.
TICKET PRICE - R200.00
THE LITTLE G:– Kiddies course to keep the kids entertained and hopefully get them hooked on The Grind. The race will run all day from 9am and each kiddie will get a finishers medal.

This event supports team entries for certain classes. Team sizes range from 2 - 50 participants per team.
