De Hoop Vlei MTB Experience
Entry Packages:
Basic Entry fee with meals:
1) Solo Entry : R3600
2) Team Entry: R 6900
Entry fee includes:
* Basic dome tent
* Cape Nature Reserve Conservation permit for all three days of riding

Important information:
* Entry fees includes all meals from Friday night - Sunday afternoon and a basic hiking dome tent.
* Accommodation is for 3 Nights. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 22-24 September 2018
* Upgrade to Luxury Tents are R2300 for all three nights whether 1 or 2 pax

- There will be no other food vendors to buy meals from at De Hoop Nature Reserve for the weekend of the De Hoop Vlei MTB Experience.
- The Restaurant at De Hoop Collection will not be operating within their normal hours for purposes of the Mountain Bike weekend. They will only be open for lunch and tea.
- We recommend that riders choose the meal included option, especially if they are outside of the Bredasdorp area.
- There are NO other restaurants at De Hoop or in close proximity to choose from.
Spectator meal packages available
Cyclists are welcome to bring their families and supporters.
* Spectator Meal package:
Cost: R1190 for the weekend.
Includes: 2 Dinners, 3 Breakfasts and 3 Lunches
* Kiddies Meal package :
Cost: R620 for the weekend.
Includes: 2 Dinners, 3 Breakfasts and 3 Lunches
* Vegetarian options available.
Activities for Supporters and Children:
De Hoop Collection will be offering special Activities for the weekend of De Hoop Vlei MTB. Details of this will be added on the website and social media platforms.
Competition time with De Hoop Vlei MTB Experience:
Buy a ticket for this competition during the entry process, or log back into your registration and add it to your registration to stand a chance to win this amazing 2019 Specialized Levo.
This competition is subject to a minimum of 35 entries. The winner will be announced on Sunday evening, 23rd of September 2018 at the evening function at De Hoop Collection. If there are less than 35 entries to the competition, monies will be refunded via EFT to each individual entry by the 26th of September.

This event supports team entries for certain classes, but teams must consist of 2 participants per team.
