11 to 13 October 2019.
Registration takes place Friday 11 Oct from 7am at Paul Cluver with the race start at 9am.
This epic adventure begins at the Paul Cluver Dam and finishes on the outskirts of Somerset West 3 days later.
1.5km swim, 30km MTB, 10km Run
The exhilarating route will have you duel it out at beautiful swimming locations and some of the best trails and single track in the country through the beautiful Elgin Valley and Hottentots-Holland Mountains.
The race is fully supported, with kit and bike transfers from the transition to finish.
Day 1: Swim: 1.5km Paul Cluver. Mtb: 35km Paul Cluver to Grabouw Country Club. Run: 10km Grabouw Country Club
Day 2: Swim: 1.5km. Mtb: 28km. Run: 10km Grabouw Country Club
Day 3: Swim: 1.5km Grabouw Country Club. Mtb 27km Grabouw Country Club to top of Old Wagon Trail. Run: 13km Old Wagon Trail to Somerset West
The Race Village is at the beautiful Grabouw Country Club. Tented accommodation and delicious meals are all included in the entry fee. There will also be supporters packages available for those wanting to bring the family along for the weekend. Details for the supporters packages will be announced early next year and will include the option to bring your own tent.

Our unique 2 Man Team Triathlon Category is not a relay, both team members complete all disciplines together.
