Registration takes place Friday 22 February from 7am at Grabouw Country Club with the race start at 9am.
The exhilarating route will have you duel it out at beautiful swimming locations and some of the best trails and single track in the country through the beautiful Elgin Valley and Hottentots-Holland Mountains.
The Race Village is at the beautiful Grabouw Country Club. Tented accommodation and delicious meals are all included in the entry fee. There will also be supporters packages available for those wanting to bring the family along for the weekend.

Our unique 2 Man Team Triathlon Category is not a relay, both team members complete all disciplines together.
