A water lover's paradise, this one-of-a-kind development incorporates a Crystal Lagoons' lagoon for swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and sailing. Along with the on-site Lifestyle Centre and its many leisure facilities, The Blyde has something for everyone.
The Trail Event went very well, all venue parties are satisfied with the outcome of the previous event and the athletes enjoyed the event tremendously.
Sprint Cross Triathlon
- Start time: 08:00' am
- Swim(in 190m long pool) 600 m || Mountain Bike: 18km || X Country Run: 5km
- Entry Fee: Solo Entry @ R400 || Relay Team @ R600/team
- The minimum age in Sprint Triathlon is 16 years old as on 31st December 2020( It is a TSA Sanction race and TSA race rules will apply)
- Medals or Beer to all finishers.
Sprint Cross Duathlon
- Start time: 08:00
- Run 2.5km || Mountain Bike: 18km|| Run 5Km
- Entry Fee: Solo Entry @ R300 || Relay Team of 2/3@ R450/team
- The minimum age in Sprint Cross Duathlon is 16 years old as on 31st December 2020( It is a TSA Sanction race and TSA race rules will apply)
- Medals or Beer to all finishers.
X-Aqua Bike
- Start Time: 08:00
- Swim(in 190m long pool) 600m || Mountain Bike 18km || Run from bike transition to finish line only.
- Entry Fee: Solo Entry @ R350 || Relay Team @ R600/team
- Medals or Beer to all finishers.
Late Entries & Number Collection:
Sunday: At the venue between 06h30 and 08h00. (Credit Card, Cash, Zapper & SnapScan). R50 Surcharge on Late Entries
Event/Venue rules
- The race is TSA sanctioned and TSA rules will apply.
- Dark colour swim cup is compulsory
- No Cooler Boxes
- No camping chairs allowed
- Ride-on Jeep track and MTB Trails at Hazeldean Valley Trails. Please keep in mind that this event is taking place on farms grounds, so a bit of mud etc might be expected.
