Up with Downs
Join us on a relaxed 2 day, 100km MTB round trip on the scenic gravel and farm roads of the Garden Route & Little Karoo. Enter as an individual or enter as a 2, 3 or 4 person team . Accommodation is at Louvain Guest Farm - a true Karoo gem offering luxury rooms and fantastic meals and hospitality.
Mountain bikes and e-bikes are welcome. Moderate fitness levels and skill are recommended. No rush, just casual mountain biking.

The event takes place during International Down’s Syndrome awareness week. Proceeds will go to Up With Down’s Centre for Children with special needs in George, Western Cape.
All relevant Covid-19 regulations will be adhered to.
This event supports team entries for certain classes. Team sizes range from 2 - 4 participants per team.
