The 2nd TinMan of 2020 is a GO, join us this Sunday at Suncoast.
Temp Licences can be bought online when you enter, you no not have to have an annual TSA lic.
Swims will be at Battery Beach and there will be a 200m run from the swim exit to the Transition area.
Masks will be mandatory at registration. No mask, no entry.
All athletes will need to download the new APP for registration (Free)

You Set up your profile, select event, complete Health forms and info and click QR code when at our registration, easy peasy!
Events:
- 10km Run
- Mini Tri (200m Swim / 5km Cycle / 2.5km Run)
- Sprint Tri (600m Swim / 20km Cycle / 5km Run)
- Challenge Tri (1.2km Swim / 40km Cycle / 10km Run)
NEW TIMES: Registration & Bike Racking (Same time) @ Entrance to the transition area. (SUNDAY ONLY)
- 10km Run: 6am to 6:40am
- Mini: 6am to 6:40am
- Sprint: 6:40am to 7:15am
- Challenge: 7:15am to 7:50am
NEW Start times:
- 10km Run: 6:45 Start
- Mini: 6:55am (6:55am) - All
- Sprint: 7:30am (7:30am, 7:32am. 7:34am) – 2 min gaps
- Challenge: 7:54am (7:54am, 7:56am, 7:58am; 8am) – 2min gaps
- Start times and batches are due to Covid-19 regulations.
Entry fees:
- 10km Run: R100.00
- Mini: R190.00
- Sprint: R390.00
- Challenge Tri: R490.00
Entry limits
- 10km Run: 100 (2 x 50)
- Mini Tri: 99 (3 x 33)
- Sprint: 150 (3 x 50)
- Challenge: 150 (4 x 38)
More entries will possibly be allowed at a later stage.
Very Important information:
Athletes will need to download a FREE Registration app and complete a Health form 24hrs prior to the race. (Compulsory) The App link will be emailed and SMSed out to all entrants before the event and is compulsory to use at registration by each entrant. No Athletes will be accepted without the app.
- Entries limited to 500 Athletes only.
- Athletes need to sanitise as they enter the venue (Stations to be provided)
- Athletes need to wear a mask until they walk down to the swim start and reapply once finished. (we suggest you keep your mask in your pocket for the entire event, so that you can reapply at the finish)
- Athletes will be set off in small batches starts (33-50ppl) There will be 10-15min intervals between batches.
- No Spectators at the Event, start / finish or on course
- No prize giving or winners (Results will be SMS-ed and emailed out)
- Lucky Draw prizes will be available and winners will be notified via social media and email
- No Team entries will be allowed
- Staff and officials will be kept to a minimum to comply with regulations.
- Water tables will be self-service (32Gi Gels and water sachets provided)
- All competitors will receive and ice cold aQuelle at the finishline and a cool collectable Fridge Magnet (no medal)
