What do you get:

Medals?
All participants who enter will receive a medal, however there will be 2 options available to get your medal.
-Option 1: Pick Up Point
There will be collection points in:
-Gauteng (RAS)
-Limpopo (TBA)
-Cape Town (TBA)
-Option 2: Delivery
-You can get the medal delivered to you for a fee of R150
-Merchandise? (Please note these options is if you bought a T-Shirt)
-There will also be T-Shirts for sale that can be bought @R75 each

How it works?
-Choose your time and distance and after your run you will have to submit your results via STRAVA. After you have submitted your results it will be uploaded to BoutTime website where you can download your certificate of participation.
-Please note that you have to submit your results via STRAVA
