Meet on the beach opposite the Life Savers club.
Start time: Staggered start from 10am
Entry fee…All events R250. Max 50 participants.
This includes a juice, water or energy drinks and medal to all finishers.

ON THE DAY ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE AND COST R350
Distances:
The short – 500m swim followed by a 2km beach run. Starts at 11am
The sprint – 1.5km swim followed by a 4km beach run. Starts at 10:30am
The max – 3km swim followed by a 6km beach run. Starts at 10am
ROUTE DESCRIPTION:
There will be lifeguards on duty.
Triangular swim route in the Bay.
The run will be a 100% Beach Run.
Out n back looped run. Action packed spectator friendly course.
Safety is always a #1 priority.
