INFORMATION.

Prior to Race Day, each athlete will receive an email (18:00 on 5^th Aug.) with notification of their:

• race distance, 
• race number, 
• start times, 
• race procedure, etc.
• The Athlete will receive a Self-Print Race Number, provided with the email notification which they can edit to show their emailed race entry number. 

On completion of the race distance, please enter your finish times onto the Protime website. You do not need to use Garmin, Strava, etc. You are able to use ordinary watch times. Start Time , Finish Time and Run Time ! 

Once you have submitted your RUN TIME , you will be able to view the results page (after processing is completed) where you can view how you compared to other athletes.

• You will then be able to print a certificate from the website.
• The process is remarkably simple, and it remains the same as our normal results system.
• RACE ENTRY CLOSES 18:00 on 4^th Aug.

SHIRT SIZES CHART.

Due to the complexities of production, packaging and delivery during the Covid 19 lockdown levels - T-shirt orders will close at 18:00 on 4th August. Deliveries are expected to commence about 25th August via courier to your order address.
