Vrede en Lust is nestled at the foothills of the Simonsberg in South Africa’s most celebrated Franschhoek wine valley. The history of the farm dates back to 1688 and discloses a story of vision, passion and pride. Vrede en Lust is a family owned and managed wine estate.
On the 31st of July 2021 we will host our 7th event on the Run The Vines calendar for the 2021 season.
Come join us for a fun day out with the family.

Your entry fee includes the R10 timing fee. Timing is done on Webscorer.
R30 Late entry fee.
All Covid19 regulations will in place.
