The distance completed will be determined by the total laps completed by the rider in the allocated time allowed. Very excited spectator-friendly event and also the MTB discipline that form part of the Olympic Sport codes.

Covid-19 Protocols for event

VERY LOW RISK assessment for COVID-19 exposure;
Control measures in place based on above risk assessment;
A COVID-19 Strategy for the event that will be part of the medical services (Frontiermedix) medical plan;
Health screening processes for staff and workers (completing temperature & info register);
Attendees (riders & supporters) screening process (completing temperature & info register);
Hygiene stations will be available;
Social distancing based on 1.5m between people at all times;
No more than 300 attendees attending the event and max batch starts of 50;
Contact tracing for all staff, workers and attendees with relevant information attained from register;
We will disinfect the venue prior and post the event;
Masks - have to be worn at all times, except when actively taking part during event
