The days’ Time Schedule:
·Arrival – 08:00 for 08:30
·Meet the Team and fellow participants – 08:30
·Breakfast – Apple Crumble Oats and Coffee – 08:45
·Clinic Start 09:00
·Practical session outside after clinic talk +- 12:30
·Pizza and Beers after practical session +- 13:30
·Give away – pair of shoes by Brian Bands Sports +- 14:00
Dress code – wear something relaxed and comfy. Please bring along running gear for the practical session as well as a sweat towel for afterwards.
