The 2022 Tru-Cape Mile at the stunning Eikenhoff dam will cater for swimmers of all ages. Swimmers can choose to do the famous Mile, or do multiple Miles starting with each of the 3 starting batches. Following the Mile, there will also be a fun 500 meter dash, with a (perhaps more competitive) team relay option.
Spectators are welcome and food an drinks will be on sale.
This year there will be a big prize for the winning relay team as well as a floating trophy. Get your team of 4 together to battle it out for the Tru-Cape Mile Team Award.
Start times:
Start times are there to split events into equal sizes. If, as a parent, you want to swim with your child in an earlier group, you may do so.
