MAIN SPRINT TRIATHLON
600m swim
The swim starts and loops in the Old Harbour, transitions to the cycle which heads out towards Grotto Bay and back, finishing with a flat and fast run along the cliff path.
23,7km cycle
What makes this event unique is the spectacular scenery throughout the race and guarantees breath-taking views. We honestly don’t think there is a nicer and more beautiful triathlon in the world

JUNIOR TRIATHLON
150m swim | 5km cycle | 2km run
A very safe and fun triathlon for the little ones.
TSA Licenses required for the main triathlon. Wetsuit compulsory.
