Start your day at the Cowhouse with a trial run, MTB or horseback riding before enjoying the live music and other fun activities. The trails are well designed such that everyone can enjoy them from beginners to pros.

MTB Dash

•   5km - R100 - 07:00
• 15km - R150 - 06:00
• 30km - R180 - 06:00

Trailrun

•  5km - R100 - 07:00
• 15km - R150 - 06:30 (1 Waterpoint)
• 30km - R200 - 06:10 (3 Waterpoints)

Horse Ride

• 15km - R120 - 07:20
• 30km - R150 - 07:30

Number collection/registration:

• Friday, 16 December 2022 from 05h00 onwards. R30 surcharge for on the day entries(Cash and Credit Card).

Your entry will include:

• Medals to all finishers.
• The First 3 places male and female's get prizes
