TABLE MOUNTAIN CHALLENGE – Year 18! New Date - Sunday 25^th September.

44km – all the way around Table Mountain, all the views, a trail running feast! For trail runners who know what they’re doing.

22km – half of Table Mountain, the iconic table top views! Excellent training, mix of jeep tracks and single tracks, marked route.

15km (new) – the front face, easier running, but, not easy. Beginner Trail runners and weekend warriors.

START TIMES:

TMC 44km - 06:30am

TMC 22km - 08:00am

TMC 15km - 09:00am

Final cut off at 4pm.

COMPULSORY REGISTRATION:
iStore - (Address: Queens Hotel - Dock Rd Junction. Cnr Stanley & Dock Rd, V&A city entrance, Cape Town. 1hr free parking).
Friday, 23 Sep from 12 to 6pm.
Saturday, 24 Sep from 9am to 2pm.  

KIDS ZONE:
Bring along your kiddies for a fun filled day at the finishers field. Jumping castle, kiddie activities and a Kiddies Run at 11:30am & 1:30pm. 
Child minders will be on site so both mom and dad can enjoy the challenge.

TMC FUN:
Supporters welcome to join for the start/finish line fun. Bring a picnic blanket and your gees, coffee brewing from 6:00am, lekker food and cold beverages on sale all day.

RECOMMENDED KIT:

1. Water – Carry at least 1.5L
2. Food – Energy Bar/ Sandwich/ Banana.
3. Fully charged cellphone.
4. Windbreaker is compulsory. Waterproof jacket is compulsory if rain is expected. NO EXCUSES!
5. Space Blanket
6. Re-usable cups
