Lifestyle Challenge is back with a winter trail run, with or without obstacles.
Date: Saturday, 14 May 2022
Venue: D’Aria Wine Estate
Distance: 5km and 10km
Trail run with/without an obstacle costs:
5km – R120 (without obstacle course)
5km – R170 (with obstacle course)
10km – R150 (without obstacle course)
10km – R200 (with obstacle course)
* R30 extra for on the day entries
Children 13 and under: R50.00 for online entries for both 5km and 10km, with/without obstacles.
Children participating in the obstacle run must be accompanied by parents.

Registration on the day : 6h30 – 7h00
Late entries : R30.00 extra
Race briefing : 7h00
Start : 10km – 7h15 and 5km – 7h30
Prize giving : +/- 9h15/ 9h30
Medals to all finishers!
This is not a timing event.
Please note that the event will not be cancelled in case of bad weather or any other circumstances that are out of the organizers’ control. No refunds will be given if you decide to not take part for any reason.
All participants enter this event at their own risk and it is compulsory for all participants to complete an online indemnity form.
Organizers and other entities involved in this event will not be held accountable for loss, injuries or damage of any kind.
