| CSA Sanctioned: | The event will be a Cycling South Africa sanctioned event and the rules and regulations pertained to MTB XCM races will be applicable. In line with the sanctioning, each rider will need at least a current CSA membership or will be obliged to purchase a Temporary CSA Day License when entering the event. Please note no "curved handlebars", i.e if it is a gravel bike, it needs to have straight (MTB) handle bars as per CSA MTB rules. |
| Water Tables: | There will be well stocked water tables on route - more details will follow and what type of nutrition and liquids will be available at each water table to enable you to plan your race nutrition and additional food to take with. Please see Cut-off times at each Water Point below. |
| Vehicle Shuttles: | There are a vehicle shuttle and rider transport service available at a fee (also towards the charity fund raising) and the contact person is Johan Fourie - 082 766 7123 / [email protected] |
| Proceeds of the event: | All proceeds of the event will go towards the George Vryburgers Food For Kidz project (to ensure that no kid goes hungry whilst at school) |
