The 2023 Tru-Cape Mile at the stunning Eikenhoff dam is not to be missed. The venue has proved itself as one of a kind and the event caters for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Come and join us for an amazing morning of swimming.
Swimmers can choose to do the famous Mile, or do multiple Miles starting with each of the 3 starting batches. The 3rd Mile will also be the Pat Goodall Memorial Swim.
Following the Mile, there will also be a fun 500 meter dash, with a (perhaps more competitive) team relay option.
Bring the whole family as there will be food and drink vendors and lots of seating under the stretch tents.
There will be a big prize for the winning relay team as well as a floating trophy. Get your team of 4 together to battle it out for the Tru-Cape Mile Team Award.
Start times:
Start times are there to split events into equal sizes. If, as a parent, you want to swim with your child in an earlier group, you may do so.
