Living Colour
The Boomerang is a 40km cycle on jeep and single track on private farmland that is mostly otherwise inaccessible, to !Khwattu and back to Living Colour. Cyclists can look forward to breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Table Mountain and even Kraal Bay through beautiful farmlands and indigenous fynbos reserves. Cyclists will be welcomed at Living Colour with coffee and rusks at registration, enjoy a water point at !Khwattu and cycle home to their choice of delicious burger and beer (or choice of beverage). The route is well marked for the event and is an untimed event. Entries will be limited to 100 cyclists.
This is the second Boomerang event to be hosted by Living Colour and forms part of a seasonal series whereby visitors get to enjoy the area and what it has to offer throughout the changing seasons.
Date: 21st March from 6h30 (cyclists depart 7h30)
Distance: 40km
Elevation: 650m
