IMPORTANT:

• All riders must confirm their attendance during registration between 15:00 and 17:00 for the Event. 
• It is the duty of each rider/parent to ensure that the rider is in the correct age category. If a rider has been incorrectly listed on the moto sheets, this must be brought to the attention of the administrator before the start of the competition. 
• If a rider wilfully races in the wrong class, they will forfeit all points earned for that event. 
• If the rider does not have a ProChip Racing Tag, a fee of R100 will be charged (NON-REFUNDABLE) for the use of a tag for the event.  The tag MUST be returned after racing on the same day. We will need to trade your ID card/Licence Card in order to rent a transponder for the day. This will be returned once the transponder is returned.
• Online Entries close Thursday before the race at 18:00.
• Helmets, gloves, and long sleeves are compulsory.
• Your safety is important to us; no rider will be allowed on the track without the required safety gear.
