This is a tough event for Cederberg and Mountain lovers.
For the discerning trail runner who enjoys adventure and wilderness.
You need to be self-sufficient, there is no pampering other than of endless panoramic views.
A skyline trail around the amphitheater of the Kromrivier Valley.
The highest point of the trail is Donkerkloof Peak is at 1750 metres. Looking north you can see Sneeuberg, the highest summit in the Cederberg.The route traverses 6 Peaks, and each must be reached within a Cut off time, or you will be short coursed down the Valley.
But, we are generous and if you can hike fast, maintaining a reasonable tempo, you will enjoy a thrilling day out.
The total distance is 42km, and the elevation gain a very pleasant 2100m – we start at 1000m, at Kromrivier Farm.

42km ADVENTURE Runner - R3500
A dramatic view fest of mountain-scapes, rock shapes and lunar scenes. You climb over 6 peaks, and traverse the beautiful Kromrivier Valley. This is Cederberg trails at their best.
NEW - we have added more catering to the std package, 2 dinners and a breakfast!! Yum.
27km BEAST LITE - R2500
2 Peaks and the Disa Pool Valley trail. A perfect route to start mountain running, or to enjoy the BEASTLY vibes with more time at the bar!!

ACCOMMODATION:
Luxury Chalets – R3990 per night, min 2 nights. Sleeps 4 - 6 (2 en-suite rooms and sleeper couch)
Safari Tents - R2490 per night, min 2 nights. Sleeps 4 (2 rooms, kitchen)
Camping at R900 per site per night, includes own hot shower and toilet. Sleeps Max 8 campers per site. Min 2 nights.
Booking is done with 50% deposit.

Compulsory Briefing Dinner:
You should arrive at Kromrivier after lunchtime on Friday. Registration with Wine tasting, Beer tasting from 4pm, Dinner served from 6pm, Compulsory briefing with final Route instructions at 7pm.
Please note – No Dogs allowed. This is a mountain conservation area, with plenty of animals, snakes, leopards and baboons.
