In line with the sanctioning, each rider will need at least a current CSA membership or will be obliged to purchase a Temporary CSA Day License when entering the event.

| Water Tables: | There will be well stocked water tables on route - more details will follow and what type of nutrition and liquids will be available at each water table to enable you to plan your race nutrition and additional food to take with. Please see Cut-off times at each Water Point below.

Vehicle Shuttles:
