It is time to kick off the season's Full Moon Runs. We have an exciting line-up of venues and can't wait to have you back. Come find out more about the series ahead and some great prizes for the series winners.
There will be a 5km and 10km route. We will be starting as the sun goes down, so be sure to bring a light or a headlamp (compulsory), as a part of your run will be in the dark. It is also important to bring your own cup or soft flask. #ICarrymyown
The Middelvlei Full Moon Run is a great way to spring into action and get back on the trails. Expect some spectacular views over Onder papegaaiberg and the Stellenbosch mountains, as the moon rises.
This is not just a run but a fun evening out, where you can enjoy live music, good food and superb wine after the run. Bring your friends along to relax on the lawns and enjoy a braaibroodjie. .

Starting Times and Entry Fees:
10km – 19:00 – R200 (R220 for late entries)
5km – 19:10 – R160 (R180 for late entries)
Registration and late entries (if available):
17: 30 – 18:45 at the venue on the day of the event
Please note that our event is almost always sold out prior to the race, so enter now, to avoid disappointment
General:
• One water point is available on the long course - please carry your own cup or soft flask
• Headlights or a torch is compulsory.
• Please SHARE A RIDE with a friend, to reduce traffic to the venue
