In its 3rd year following a remarkable debut, we proudly present the FLUIDLINES PrisonBreak Triathlon officially sanctioned by CTTA/TSA at Brandvlei Maximum Security Prison.

Located just outside the bustling town of Worcester and surrounded by a breathtaking landscape of mountains and a large expanse of water, this event promises to be the biggest escape yet!!

The FLUIDLINES PrisonBreak Triathlon features four exciting challenges: the Mini Escape, the Maxi Escape, the Aqua Bike Maxi and the Gang Version (Teams). Participants will have the opportunity to test their skills and endurance in this unique triathlon.

The Bike route is a tar road and is suitable for Road, TT or Mountain Bikes.

We are excited to announce that we will once again have a prize pool valued at R32,000.00 with many prizes to be won in all age categories.

Goody bags, swim caps & a PRISONBREAK T-Shirt will be given to all escapees!! There will be medals for all finishers, so start planning your escape!

And for those who enjoy teamwork, the Gang Version allows teams to collaborate and strategize their way through the triathlon, fostering camaraderie and a shared sense of accomplishment.

Mini Escape: 750m Swim, 20km Bike and 5km Run - R950.00

Maxi Escape: 1500m Swim, 40km Bike and 10km Run - R1150.00

Gang Version for either Mini or Maxi Escape (TSA DAY LICENSE INCLUDED IN PRICE) - R1305.00 / R1588.00

Aqua bike: 1500m Swim, 40km Bike - R1100.00

This is a Non-Drafting event  - TT bikes are allowed.

The minimum age for the Mini Escape is 16 years old by 31st December 2025.

The minimum age for the Maxi Escape is 18 years old by 31st December 2025.

The minimum age for the youngest member of the Mini Gang is 15 years old by 31st December 2025, the other 2 members must already be 16 years older.

The minimum age for the youngest member of the Maxi Gang is 17 years old by 31st December 2025, the other 2 members must already be 18 years or older.
