TMC Toughie 40km - R1600
Circumnavigating this incredible Natural Wonder of the World, all on trail. A pleasant 1900m Elevation Gain!

TMC Lite 27km - R1200
Shorter, but not easier! 1700m Elevation gain, as the route climbs up and over Table Mountain, and around the most scenic sections of Llandudno.

TMC Baby 15km - R650
For beginner trail runners, on the bottom slopes of Table Mountain. Note - Table Mountain is not flat!

Saturday, 27 September at Camps Bay Primary Sports Field, Camps Bay Drive. From 5am to 8:30am

TMC FUN:
Supporters welcome to join for the start/finish line fun. Bring your gees, coffee brewing from 5:30am, lekker food and a 400m kiddies run at 11am.

RECOMMENDED KIT:

1. Water – Carry at least 1.5L
2. Food – Energy Bar/ Sandwich/ Banana.
3. Fully charged cellphone.
4. Windbreaker is compulsory. Waterproof jacket is compulsory if rain is expected. NO EXCUSES!

6. Re-usable cups
