- Late entries can be done 24 October 2025 @ 15:00-20:00 and 25 October 2025 from 04:00 at Potchefstroom. 

Entry fees per Category

• 5km Fun Run: R70        -   08:00
• 5km Timed Run: R100  -   08:00
• 10km: R170                   -    07:30
• 21.1km: R230                -    06:00
• 42.2km: R290                -    05:00

License Information

Please note that temporary or permanent ASA licenses are required for the 5km Timed Run, 10km, 21.1km & 42.2km races, temporary licenses available at just R60.

Official Qualifier

Our marathon is an official Comrades Marathon qualifier and Two Oceans Marathon qualifier.

Race Number Pick Up

Race numbers can be picked up 24 October 2025 @ 15:00-20:00 and 25 October 2024 from 04:00 at Cachet Park, Potchefstroom

Cut-off times

The marathon distance will have a cut-off time of 3 hours at the halfway mark and 6 hours for the full distance. All athletes will be picked up by the sweeping vehicle that is still on the road by 11:30. The race referee reserves the right to have an athlete picked up who shows any signs of health problems during the race.
