The Darling Brew Trail Run is an annual must-do for trail runners and adventure seekers alike. Set in the heart of the Western Cape’s scenic town of Darling, the event offers breathtaking routes through rocky outcrops, bushveld, vineyards, and open farmlands — all while celebrating the spirit of craft and conservation. After crossing the finish line, participants are invited to relax at the Darling Brew Tasteroom with a well-earned, award-winning craft beer and a bite to eat. It’s more than a race — it’s a full-day vibe.

Important Info & Race Rules

• Hydration packs and emergency snacksstrongly recommendedfor the 25km route.
• Wear sun protection (SPF50), a hat or buff, and trail-appropriate running gear.
• All runners must complete theonline indemnity formprior to race day.
• No littering– these are private farmlands we’re privileged to access.
• Be respectful to fellow runners, marshals, farmers, and farm workers.
• No refundsafter18 August 2025.

Route Marking & Safety

• Markers:Red/black arrows on white boards.
• Split Points:Clearly marked with race category names and color-coded arrows matching your bib.
• Marshals:Positioned along the route for assistance and direction.
• Some sectionswon’t be bush cutdue to wildflower protection.
• You may encounter livestock — stay alert and aware at all times.
• Neither Darling Brew nor the farms are liable for injuries or collisions.
