| Officials Meeting | 9:15 | Officials meeting |
| Official Practice | 9:30 – 10:15 | All riders can practice ±15 min per category |
| Riders Briefing & Staging | 10:15 – 10:20 | All riders to attend |
| Racing starts | 10:30 | Each class has one (1) timed lap to place time on the leader board |
| Hot Laps | 12:00 | All classes will get ±15min (depending on the size of the class) to improve their initial lap time to proceed to the finals |
| Break | Track Closed | 30 min break after Hot laps |
| Finals | ±13:30 | Finals of all classes – Top 5 timed laps will progress to the final. Final lap count for podium |
| Prize Giving | Shortly after Elite Final | |
IMPORTANT:
- All riders must confirm attendance during registration and get their number plate, which will be used for the entire season.
- Each rider/parent must ensure the rider is in the correct age category. If a rider has been incorrectly listed on the moto sheets, this must be brought to the attention of the administrator before the start of the competition.
- If a rider wilfully races in the wrong class, they will forfeit all points earned for that event.
- Online Entries close Thursday before the race at 20:00.
- Helmets and closed shoes are compulsory.
- Recommended safety gear includes knee and elbow pads, gloves, long-sleeve jerseys, and trousers.
- Your safety is important to us; no rider will be allowed on the track without the required safety gear.
