By the end of August, there will be signs of Spring in the vineyards, orchards and on the trails - with the season most definitely changing as the sun rises earlier. The beautiful L’Avenir estate offers easier routes, that are perfect for beginners, walkers and kids.  But the long route can certainly give you a workout plus some singletrack sections to keep it fun!

• 11km: R195
• Kids under 18: R65 (pre-entry)
  Note: Late entry for kids under 18 will be charged at the standard late entry fee.

Timing:
Timing will be managed via Amarider Trail Tag, available for rent (R25) or purchase (R100). Live results will be available for pre-entries on www.trailtag.co.za.

Route Descriptions:
 The course winds through picturesque vineyards and orchards, offering a perfect mix of fun singletrack sections and smooth jeep tracks. It’s a fast, enjoyable trail with stunning Winelands scenery. After the race, relax by the dam and enjoy a glass of L’Avenir’s renowned Cap Classique or white & red award winning wines.

General Information:

• Pre-entries receive a discount.
• All finishers will receive a medal.
• The refreshment station along the route will offer energy drinks and fruit, while Coke will be available at the finish.
• Coffee will be ready from 8am, and food options from L’Avenir will be available after the run.
