Start & Finish: Volksrust High School Grounds
Route: Out & back, undulating (tarred roads, gravel sections). 42.2km route includes ±6km gravel road.

Gold medals to the first 5 men and ladies in each race

Bronze medals to all finishers within 5-hour cut-off

RULES AND REGULATIONS 

REFEREES’ DECISION IS FINAL.

Obey all traffic officials and race marshals.

Race held under the rules of ASA, WA (World Athletics) & AMPU House rules.

No seconding allowed. No pacing of any kind.

Athletes for 10 km must be 14 years or older on race day.

Athletes for 21.1 km must be 16 years or older on race day.

Athletes for 32 km must be 19 years or older on race day.

Athletes for 42.2 km must be 20 years or older on race day.

Temporary license numbers must be worn on the back of the vest.

Permanent license numbers must be worn on the front of the vest.

Race number must be worn on the front of the vest.

Athletes indemnify the organisers against any claim that may arise out of their participation.

No animals, iPods or listening devices allowed.

The race organisers retain the right to accept/reject any entry.

The organisers retain the right to change the route if necessary.

Athletes must run on the right-hand side of the road facing oncoming traffic unless instructed otherwise.

Tog bag facilities available at own risk.

No littering – run clean campaign.

This event is timed by Bouttime timing chip.  NO CHIP NO TIME
