The Pam Golding Properties Quadrathlon is part of the 19th annual St Francis Sport Summer Series from 15 December till 3 January 2026. 

The race starts and finishes at the Paddling Club venue to the right of Big Time Taverna, Mayotte Circle, St Francis Bay.  The race starts with a 12km cycle leg through the St Francis Links, followed by a 500m swim, 3km run and lastly the 3km paddle route on the canals. Cyclists must be 14 or older.

This popular event can be done as an individual or in a team.  Each team member must enter individually in order to make up a team.  The entry fee is R250 per individual, and R500 per team (no matter the amount of team members).

Take note:

- a series entry of R1000 will give you individual access to all 10 events.

-  there will be a short prize giving where the top 3 male and female participants in each age category will receive medals, and full results will be announced on social media and posted a few hours after the event;
