Event Postponed to the 11 July 2026!

Get ready for a fun-filled day at the IME Trail Fun Run and Walk. Join us for a morning of fitness, friends, and community spirit on the trails within the beautiful Prime View Adventure and Leisure. All fitness levels welcome! Enjoy, whether you're a social runner, seasoned runner, sprinter or just looking for a leisurely stroll, come be part of this fantastic community event.

No License Required for this race, as this is not an ASA or Official Deligence Athletics Club race.

1. The challenge consists of a 5km and 10km walk or run route which begins and ends within Prime View Adventure and Leisure in Olifantsfontein.

2. Online entries are limited to 1300 participants.

3. You can enter at entry ninja online.

4. Online entries on entry ninja will close on Friday, 10 July 2026 at 20h00.

5. All entrants must register for either the 10km or 5km Trail Run/walk.

6. The first 20 paid entries for 10km will receive a Metawell voucher.

• There will be No Refunds due to rain, lightning or venue rain damage cancellation.

• There will be No Transfer of online entries due to not pitching up for a race.

• No license is necessary to take part in the run/walk.

• Cash, and Card accepted on the day.

• All ages welcome.

DISTANCE & ENTRY FEE:

Pre Entries 

Late or on the day entries will take place from 6:30-08:00am sharp

Trail Run/Walk Online Entry Fee: 5km (R90) | 10km (R130)

On-The-Day Entry: An additional amount of R30 will be added/charged.

Kids Under 10Yrs & Adults Over 60Yrs:  Only pay R90 (no additional charge for on-the-day entry)

Prime View Adventure and Leisure, Southward Dr, Olifantsfontein 410-JR, Olifantsfontein, 1666

(Please use Google Maps for GPS navigation to the venue.)

Please note when you get to the entrance of Prime View Adventure and Leisure, the gate might be closed. Just be patient as they will come to open the gate for you. If it takes too long, just hoot.

START TIME:

On The Day Registration opens at 06h30 - 08h00.

• Race start for 10km distance: 07h45

• Race start for 5km distance: 08h00

PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION FOR THE GROUP START WILL CLOSE AT 07H55 FOR RACE BRIEFING, SO MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER ON TIME.

You can still register and start anytime between 07h00 till 08h30.

The cut-off time for all distances is 11h00am.

For long distance e.g. 10km the latest time allowed to start is 08h30. Only 5km will be allowed to start after group start. And all distances needs to be finished by 11h00am.

NOTES:

Amenities Available  At The Venue: Family-orientated Restaurant (breakfast, coffee, drinks and snacks, etc), Cafe for quick and convenient take-away. Water Activities, Party & Conference venue, Fishing (Catch & Release). Note: (All this amenities at extra cost charge).

Entry Includes: Marked Route | Water Spots | Venue Entry | Parking

• 5km = 1x water spot at the finish line.

• 10km 2x water spots halfway and the finish line.

Walking/Hiking/Stroll is allowed on the 5km route.

Water spots will be available on all routes 

Please note that the trails options makes use of the trails within the Prime View Adventure and Leisure premises only, and do not go out onto the public roads.
