The IRON Movement
Our 5km event is open to all fitness levels. Serious athletes are encouraged to enter the IRON Class featuring DQ bands and penalty loops and in the Casual and Team Casual Class we encourage cooperation with your friends or help a stranger out. Participants will be batched with batches leaving every 10-15 min.
