This event is linked to the Loch Logan Noon2Noon which takes place in August, and has similar dynamics.

Event is hosted by Woodland Hills Wildlife Estate - Bloemfontein.  

SOLO entries only (No Teams).  This is a lap event, where participants complete as many laps during the 5hr period as they wish.  MTB-11.5km/lap.  Trail Run-5.5km/lap.  MTB and Trail Run Routes are classified as non-technical.

Mountain bikes only, no gravel.  E-bikes permitted.  Please inform the organizers on race day if you are participating on an e-bike.

Start/Finish and race village is located at the Woodland Hills stables, with food stalls. Limited race village camps sites (4x4m) are available at R150. Camp sites will be allocated by the organizers based on booking date.  No other camping setup allowed outside of designated pre-booked camp sites.  Toilets and showers are available.  

Prizes for category winners and lucky draws.

Hydration Station will be provided at the Start/Finish.

LIMITED ENTRIES ARE AVAILABLE. (Keep in mind that Noon2Noon was sold out in 2025) 

Early Bird entries (R300) close midnight 31 Jan 2026.  Entries (R350) close midnight 31 Mar 2026.  Late entries after 1 April 2026 till race day (R450) (No guarantee of event merchandise). Children under 12 entering with a parent receives a R100 discount. (One discounted child per adult). Children are to be kept under constant adult supervision.  

All entries before 31 March 2026 will receive a participation medal and event socks.  Event merchandise availability is not guaranteed with entries received thereafter.  

By entering this event, all participants accept the potential risks associated with this type of sporting event, and agree to indemnify the organizers (GRiT Events) and hosts (Woodland Hills Wildlife Estate) responsible for any damage or injury during the event.  All participants agree to adhere to all rules associated with the Woodland Hills HOA.

No person will be allowed on the route without a valid entry and race number.  Please do not allow your spouse/child/friend to go for a quick lap!

Non Woodland Hills residents are to access the event via the new Berg en Dal Gate (Northridge Mall side) only.

PS.  This is not just a race.  After the completion of the race, there will be a "lekker kuier" around the boma fire, with live music, bar, food stalls etc.

In honor of the loss of the our sponsor's iconic Bull Terrier mascot (HENNIE) that passed away in 2025, we have partnered with New Beginnings Rescue Centre, and they will be the beneficiary of a fund raiser at the event.
