🌟 Event Overview
Step onto the trails for our next edition of the Makulu Adventures Sunday RunDay Trail Event at the breathtaking Morgenhof Wine Estate. These world class trails with magical views promise an experience you won't forget! Whether you're chasing a podium or strolling for fun, this event is designed for everyone.
Choose between The Race or a relaxed Jog or Walk option - available in 3KM, 5KM and 10KM distances.
📍 Good to Know
- This event is limited to the first 200 registrations.
- Kids U10 are FREE (applicable to the 'No Rush Jog/Walk option). Kids U10 MUST be registered for the event prior to arrival.
- Food and drinks will be available for sale (see Menu further below)
- Routes are well marked with hydration only aid stations on the 5KM and 10KM route.
- No dogs, prams.
- Ample parking available
- Officially timed event. Times will be posted on Timing.Mobi
- Fun prizes generously sponsored by our partners at First Ascent!
- A dedicated first aid station will be available thanks to our partners at Arrie Nel Pharmacy Group.

The Race (5KM, 10KM)
A timed challenge designed for runners ready to push themselves or race for a top spot.
Start Times:
10KM: 08:00
5KM: 08:15
Medals: All finishers receive a medal
Race Numbers: Issued at check-in
Prizes sponsored by First Ascent: Top 3 men and women in each distance
Timing: Officially timed event. Times will be posted on Timing.Mobi
No Rush Jog or Walk (3KM, 5KM & 10KM)
A timed, pressure-free option to enjoy the scenery at your own pace. Perfect for walkers, families, and casual runners just looking to move and enjoy the trails.
Start Anytime: Between 07:00 – 08:45
Cutoff Time: 4 hours for all distances
