Water Stations:
There are water station on the 20km route (the other routes pass this station) and on the Finish Line. The 10km waterpoint is only at the finish line.
Times:
The premises will be open at 07h00 for registrations. The 60km will start at 08h00 SHARP, 40km at 08h30, 20km at 08h45 and 10km at 09h00.
Number Collection:
Sunday, 21 June 2026 (7am onwards) at Prime View - on the day entries are available at R50 extra.
Please Note: Number collection will close 30 min prior to your race start.
Your entry will include the following:
- Ample parking;
- Restaurant and Coffee Shop;
- E-Bike options on the 60mk and 40km;
- BoutTime will ensure for instant results on your phone and on their website (“Results” at the top menu) as you finish;
- Finisher's Medal;
- Well stocked water/nutrition points;
Timing:
Permanent BoutTime race boards are available at R100 each. This will allow you the following advantages:
- You will simply enter & pay online.
- Go to any MTB event listed on the BoutTime Website and simply go from your car to the start line.
- No more registration and queuing once you have your permanent race board.
- Alternatively, you can rent a temporary race board at R30 which you return to BoutTime as soon as you cross the finish line.
Prize Giving:
- Podium winners must be present at prize giving in order to receive their prize. Prizes will not be handed out earlier.
- Make sure that your podium position is correct on the BoutTime website at “Results” BEFORE prize giving takes place.
- Should there be an issue with your podium result, please discuss this with the BoutTime timing team at the finish line before prize giving. Extra prizes will not be handed out afterwards.
- Prize giving should take place between 11am and 12pm, as soon as the 3rd place podium man and woman on the 60km has crossed the finish line. The exact time will be announced by the MC.
- Prize giving will take place at the Prime View restaurant area. You are welcome to grab a breakfast and coffee after your ride, while you wait for prize giving to start.
