The event is an ASA sanctioned event. Licences and day-licences are required. Day Licenses (R70) can be purchased on registration - online or on race day.

ANATOMIC Quartzite 2-day Run:
- Minimum age on race day: 18 years
- Early bird entry (before 7 April 2026): R780 per entry
- Pre-entry/online (before 14 May 2026): R900 per entry
- No late entries or entries on race day will be accepted
Saturday 16 May 2026. Day 1 - 17km Quartzite Run - 440m elevation
Starts and finishes at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park. Route includes; 6,5km tertiary gravel road and 10,5km along built nature trails. All climbs can be run. Sections with loose rocks and gravel. ±20% shaded. 2 x water points at Uitkykpunt
Sunday 17 May 2026. Day 2 - 12km Quartzite Run - 500m elevation.
Starts and finishes at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park. Route includes; full distance along built nature trails. All climbs can be run. Will traverse the Koedoe Mountain (1618m). Includes the remote Skilpad Trail. Sections with loose rocks and gravel. ±40% shaded. 1 x water point in Groot Nek.
ANATOMIC Granite 2-day Run:
- Minimum age on race day: 16 years
- Early bird entry (before 7 April 2026): R680 per entry
- Pre-entry/online (before 14 May 2026): R800 per entry
- No late entries or entries on race day will be accepted
Saturday 16 May 2026. Day 1 - 14km Granite Run - 273m elevation. Starts and finishes at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park. Route includes; 6,5km tertiary gravel road and 7,5km along built nature trails. This stage is not-to-technical and perfect stage for the roadie runners to shine. ±20% shaded. 2 x water points at Uitkykpunt.
Sunday 17 May 2026. Day 2 - 7km Granite Run - 310m elevation.
Starts and finishes at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park. Route includes; full distance along built nature trails. All climbs can be run. Will traverse the Witkop Mountain (1550m). Features the Happy Hiker Totem Pole. Sections with loose rocks and gravel. ±40% shaded. 1 x water point in Groot Nek.
14km ANATOMIC Lekka Run (Saturday 16 May 2026)
- Minimum age on race day: 14 years
- Pre-entry/online (before 14 May 2026): R250 per entry
- Late entry: R300 per entry
- Late entries will be accepted on race day
14km Lekka Run - 273m elevation. Starts and finishes at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park. Route includes; 6,5km tertiary gravel road and 7,5km along built nature trails. This stage is not-to-technical and perfect stage for the roadie runners to shine. ±20% shaded. 2 x water points at Uitkykpunt.
7km ANATOMIC Lekka Run (Sunday 17 May 2026)
- Minimum age on race day: 8 years

Fri 15 May 2026 – 16:00-18:00 at THE BIG ROCK CYCLING SCHOOL in Parys
Sat 16 May 2026 – Number Pick-up and late registration for the 14km Lekka Run, 06:30-08:00 at the Koedoesaal at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park
Sun 17 May 2026 – Number Pick-up and late registration for the 7km Lekka Run, 06:30-08:00 at the Koedoesaal at Koedoeslaagte Trail Park

| Route information | The park is nestled in the mountains of the Vredefort Crater UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is 12km from Parys (Free State) on the North West bank of the Vaal River. Since 1972 there has been no formal farming activity and the natural vegetation was restored. Today visitors can enjoy an unspoiled African wilderness on the banks of the Vaal River with miles of purpose-built trails for hiking, trail running, mountain biking and horse riding. Paddlers can enjoy the open waters or navigate between the multiple islands. |
