TRAILFUN – YOUTH DAY TRAIL RUN 2026

The TrailFun Youth Day Run is a public holiday trail run that celebrates trying, starting, and showing up — even when you’re not sure how it’s going to go.

This is the run for:

• your first trail event

• your first run in a while

• your first step back after a break

Routes are clearly marked, broken into manageable sections, and designed to be walk-friendly and welcoming. You don’t need experience. You don’t need speed. You just need the willingness to begin.

Everyone here is allowed to be new.

Distances & Format

• 5km – easy, relatively flat

• 10km – more challenging, still entry-level

• Walkers welcome on all routes

• Well-marked, safe trails

Start Options

The Race

• 10km start: 7:40

• 5km start: 8:00

• Podium prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd (adult categories only)

Relaxed Run

• Start any time between 7:00 – 9:30

• Walk or run, no pressure

• 15km & 21km available as Relaxed Run only

• On-the-day entries close at 9:20
