ErgShoot is a pioneering sport that fuses cardio endurance with precision shooting, testing strength, focus, and determination. More than just physical ability, it's a game of strategy and tactics, challenging athletes of all levels to think, adapt, and compete.
The competition consists of two events - The Erg Shootout (a sprint event) and The Hybrid Challenge (a metcon). The first event will have 6 waves - starting 10 min apart. The second event will have 6 waves - starting 15 min apart.
