- Please note that number collection and late entries will take place at the venue starting at 15:00 sharp. There is a R30 surcharge fee for all on-the-day entries. Limited late-line entries will be available so we encourage you to secure your spot online. Both cash and card payments will be accepted on the day. 

- Prize giving will take place at 20:00

Race Rules & Regulations – Bhekizitha J Nxumalo Night Race for Charity:

1. The race will be run in accordance with the rules of Athletics South Africa (ASA) and the relevant provincial athletics body.
2. All participants take part at their own risk and indemnify the organisers, sponsors, and officials against any claims arising from injury, loss, or damage during the event.
3. Participants must obey all instructions from race officials, marshals, traffic authorities, and security personnel at all times.
4. Proof of age (ID) must be produced upon request on race day.
5. The referee’s decision is final.
6. No pets, bicycles, skateboards, or personal sound equipment will be allowed on the route.
7. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Age category tags must be worn on the front and back of the race number where applicable.
9. Temporary licence holders are not eligible for age category prizes unless otherwise specified by ASA rules.
10. The race route will be clearly marked and marshalled; participants must remain on the designated route at all times.
11. Participants must wear their official race number on the front of their vest/shirt and ensure it is clearly visible.
12. Cut-off times, if applicable, will be strictly enforced for safety reasons.
13. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event if required due to safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
14. Medical support will be available on the route and at the finish area.
15. Minimum age to participate:

• 5km: 9 years and older
• 10km: 16 years and older
