The Oak Valley Xtreme Trail Run—a rare chance to run trails usually reserved for mountain bikes in the heart of the Elgin Valley. Expect flowing single track, tough climbs, and breathtaking views of the Groenland mountains.

1. Minimum 1.5 litres hydration. Any combination allowed, e.g. bottles or bladder or both.

2. Nutrition for 4 to 10 hours

3. Charged cell phone in waterproof bag

4. Waterproof jacket

5. Thermal base layer

6. Buff/Neck scarf

7. Space blanket

8. Whistle

Saturday 28 November from 6:30 at the Dragonfly Tri gazebo at the Oak Valley Estate rugby fields.
