TERRAIN:
A mixture of various forest areas. Undergrowth and thicker areas in places with moderately steep slopes.
COURSES:
- Technical - Long: 5km, 300m climb, technically & physically difficult.
- Technical - Short: 2.8km, 150m climb, technically moderate/difficult
- Trail - Long: 5km, 280m climb, technically moderate/easier
- Trail - Short: 3km, 160m climb, technically easier
