2026 RACE INFORMATION: 

1. NEW DATE: 26^th September – SATURDAY race
2. NEW Start venue: Amphitheatre / Durban Beachfront
3. Title Sponsor – Pick n Pay Durban Sunrise Run.
4. Race distances: 10km / 21km and NEW 42km (2 laps)
5. Comrades Marathon Qualifier for 2027 (100th Running of the Comrades Marathon)
6. Registration Venue: Southern Sun Garden Court, Snell Parade, FRIDAY 25^th September: 10am to 5pm
7. Race Day Registration at the Race start: 5:30am to 6:30am
8. Start Times: 42km & 21km both start at 5:45am  / 10km start time 6:40am
9. Prize Giving for all events at 10am on the main stage  
10. NEW IMPROVED RACE ROUTE!
11. First 2000 Paid Entries get a PICK n PAY Goodie bag and a pair of Custom Race SOX
12. DHS Old Boys is the HOST Club in partnership with B-Active Events
13. Online entries with Event Timing & Entry Ninja (include Logos) and QR codes for each.
