Event is hosted by the Woodland Hills Wildlife Estate - Bloemfontein.  

Participants to enter either MTB OR TRAIL RUN.  SOLO entries or SOCIAL RELAY teams of 3 (Team entry for trail run only).  This is a lap event, where participants complete as many laps during the 24hr period as they wish.  MTB-8km/lap.  Trail Run-4km/lap.

Start/Finish and race village is located at the Woodland Hills stables, with food stalls and bar. Limited race village camps sites (4x4m) are available at R200. No vehicles are allowed in the race village.  Camp sites will be pre-allocated on a first come, first serve basis.  Live music around Boma fire.  Toilets and showers are available.

Prizes for Category winners and loads of lucky draws.

A Hydration Station will be provided at the Start/Finish.

Early Bird entries @ R350 close midnight 30 May 2026.  Entries @ R400 close midnight 30 June 2026.  Entries (R450) close midnight 31 July 2026. Final online entries @ R500 close midnight 26 Aug 2026.  Manual late entries at registration @ R600.  Children under 12 entering with a parent receives a R100 discount. (One discounted child per adult). Children are to be kept under constant adult supervision.

All entries before 15 August 2026 will receive a participation medal and event socks.  Event merchandise availability is not guaranteed with entries received thereafter.  

Event registration and number collection will take place on Thursday 27 Aug 2026 between 16:00 and 18:00.

By entering this event, all participants accept the potential risks associated with this type of sporting event, and agree to indemnify the organizers (GRiT Endurance) and hosts (Woodland Hills Wildlife Estate) responsible for any damage or injury during the event.  All participants agree to adhere to all rules associated with the Woodland Hills HOA.

No person will be allowed on the route without a race number.
