Winter is a great time to enjoy the trails at L'Avenir Estate. With mild winter weather and sunshine expected this Sunday, the 6km and 11km routes offer a scenic run through vineyards, orchards and beautiful Winelands countryside. Thanks to the later start, there's no need for an early alarm—just come and enjoy a relaxed Sunday morning on the trails before unwinding at the estate afterwards.

This beautiful French-owned wine estate has a long history of producing exceptional wines and offers visitors a unique Winelands experience with fine wines, delicious food and luxury accommodation.

ROUTE DESCRIPTION

The routes are fast and enjoyable, following vineyard roads, orchard tracks and flowing singletrack with beautiful Winelands views throughout. Whether you're tackling the 11km or enjoying the shorter 6km route, you'll experience a relaxed morning of trail running in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands.

After your run, relax on the lawns overlooking the dam and perhaps enjoy a glass of L'Avenir's renowned Cap Classique.
