The HOKA HALF RunFest is Pretoria's most electrifying road-running event, combining competitive racing with an unforgettable festival atmosphere.

Featuring live DJs, themed participation, a Party Lane vs Fast Lane race experience, and a vibrant post-race music festival, the event delivers a high-energy experience for runners and spectators alike.

Please note: Pets and prams are permitted on the 5km route only and are not allowed on the 10km or 21.1km events.

Final batch allocations and seeding information will be communicated prior to race day.

Tog Bag / Bag Drop

A tog bag facility will be available in a designated area at the venue for participants' convenience. While every reasonable care will be taken, all items are left at the athlete's own risk. The exact location and operating times will be communicated closer to race day.

Entry Transfers, Refunds & Deferrals

• Entries may not be transferred to another participant.

• No refunds will be granted unless supported by a valid medical certificate submitted at least 14 days before the event.

• Pregnancy deferrals are permitted for one year only and are valid for the same race category entered.

• All approved refunds and deferrals remain at the discretion of the organisers.

Health & Safety

• The event is conducted under the rules and regulations of Athletics Gauteng North (AGN) and Athletics South Africa (ASA).

• Qualified medical personnel and emergency services will be stationed on the route and within the race village.

• Participants must follow all instructions issued by race officials, marshals and medical personnel.

• A strict no-littering policy applies. Please dispose of waste in the designated litter zones.

• Wheelchair athletes are welcome but must contact the organisers in advance to arrange participation and ensure appropriate safety measures.

• Participants take part entirely at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate.

General Information

• Event information, route maps and final race instructions will be emailed to all participants before race day.

• Hydration stations will be available along all routes.

• Results will be published online after the event.
