07:00 - 09:30 The Cogmans Trail Run Starts
Afternoon beer garden and vibes.
17:00 Prize Giving (Prizes will be awarded male and female winners of each race category)
Sunday 19 July:
09:30 Shake Out Social run (get a coffee before you head home!)
